Box Score The William Jewell College volleyball team wrapped up the 2012 GLVC/GLIAC Crossover Tournament by falling in straight sets to the Grand Valley State University 25-22, 25-20, 25-19. The Cardinals are now 10-11 overall on the season.

The Cardinal offense was led by Cailynn Hayter who finished with a season high 9 kills and also tallied 23 set assists and 13 digs.  Jordan Jackson recorded 8 kills on 13 attacks for the Cardinals, while Katie Damgar gathered eight digs on the afternoon.

The Cardinals will return to action on Saturday, October 20 as they travel to Romeoville, Ill., to take on Lewis University at 3:00 p.m.
