Chelsea Meeks and Cassy Nicolay scored 18 points a piece, as the William Jewell College women's basketball team rolled to an 86-70victory over Lincoln University in the Winstead-Reeves Classic on Saturday night in Maryville, Mo. 

Jesse Wheeler added 17 points on 6-11 shooting including 5-7 from three point land.   

Jewell shot 50 percent from the field in the first half and built a commanding 47-28 halftime lead.

Jewell held Lincoln to 27 percent shooting in the first half and 45.3 percent  for the game. 

The Cardinals, 1-1 on the year will take on Northwest Missouri State University tomorrow with a 3:30 p.m. tipoff.
