INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - William Jewell was represented at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field National Championships this week by
Cydney Banks and
Bradan Dickinson.
Banks qualified in two different events including the shot put where she posted a school record mark of 15.58 meters to place third, the highest by a Cardinal woman in any event in program history. The senior picks up the second All-America honor of her career and first in the indoor with the performance. Elsewhere, Banks also finished 13th in the weight throw, setting another school record at 18.81 meters. She completes her indoor career owning all 10 of the top-10 performance marks in program history in the shot put and 8-of-10 in the weight throw.Â
Appearing in his first NCAA Championship event, Dickinson finished 16th in the men's weight throw with a mark of 17.83 meters.  Â
