NEW ORLEANS – All-Region honorees for the 2025 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field season have been announced by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). Among the honorees were William Jewell's Cydney Banks and Caroline Mayes.
The top-5 individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-3 relay teams. The regions used for this award – Atlantic, Central, East, Midwest, South, South Central, Southeast and West – match those used during the cross country season.
Banks, who last week picked up All-America honors after a third place finish in the shot put at the NCAA-II Indoor National Championships, earned the All-Region nod in the same event. Her mark of 15.21 meters at the Bearcat Invite put her third in the Midwest during the regular season.
Likewise, Mayes was third in the 60 meter hurdles after her 8.55 performance at the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic to earn All-Region honors for the first time.
