ROMEOVILLE, Ill. - The William Jewell men's and women's track and field teams wrapped up the 2025 Great Lakes Valley Conference Outdoor Championships on Saturday afternoon, finishing ninth and eighth, respectfully. In total, the Cardinals won two events and had five athletes earn All-GLVC honors.
WOMEN
- Hammer Throw: Bobbie Pollard picked up the first All-GLVC honors of her career with a third place finish at 53.15 meters, second best all-time. Cydney Banks followed close behind at 52.89 for fourth place.
- Shot Put: Banks picked up her first GLVC Championship of the outdoor meet with a 14.71 meter mark, fourth best all-time. Pollard posted a 12.03 meter throw to place 10th.
- 100 Meter Hurdles: Caroline Mayes earned All-GLVC honors with a runner-up finish at 14.38.
- 100 Meters: Kennedy Vernon ran a time of 13.72 to place 19th.
- 400 Meters: Rylee Thompson crossed the line at 1:05.82 to place 19th.
- 800 Meters: Landen Wilson placed 13th with a mark of 2:19.78.
- 200 Meters: Camryn Thomas took 21st place at 27.61.
- Javelin: Aubrey Harris finished among the top-15 in the field with a throw of 29.83 meters.
- High Jump: Lillian Bogard leap 1.47 meters to place eighth in the high jump.
- Discus: Banks picked up another All-GLVC honor in the discus, finishing second with a school record 47.39 meter mark. Pollard was 25th at 28.96 meters.
- 4x100 Relay: The team of Thomas, Wilson, Thompson, and McCune placed 10th place (52.91).
- 5000 Meters: Lottie Vickers crossed at 20:47.65 in her final GLVC event.
MEN
- Hammer Throw: Bradan Dickinson finished fourth to lead the Cardinals with a mark of 55.32 meters to move into a tie for fourth all-time. Keonne Gladden placed 13th at 45.67 meters while Korbin Dow posted a toss of 44.30 meters (15th).
- Discus: Dow paced the Cardinals in the event with a 13th place finish at 40.05 meters while Dickinson was 15th (39.07 meters) and Gladden 22nd (33.61 meters).
- 100 Meters: Daniel Williams finished among the top-10 with a time of 10.91, tenth best in program history.
- 400 Meters: Connor Hull led Jewell with a time of 49.03 to finish 11th in the field while Kain Sourbeer was 17th at 50.18.
- 800 Meters: Sincere Davis picked up the second best mark in program history at 1:56.36 to finish 13th in the field.
- 400 Meter Hurdles: Konnor Poynter moved into 10th all-time in the preliminaries (54.04) before finishing fourth in the field at 54.27.
- 200 Meter: Hull advanced to the finals with a time of 21.82, ninth best in program history, and earned All-GLVC honors with a third place finish (21.67).
- Pole Vault: Lukas LePage completed the sweep of pole vault championships, winning his first outdoor title at 4.92 meters, second best all-time.
- Long Jump: Terran Mitchell finished 17th overall with a leap of 6.51 meters.
- Triple Jump: Mitchell followed up with a 15th place finish at 13.08 meters.
- Javelin: Adam Hoffman was 13th with a throw of 39.52 meters.
- Shot Put: Dickinson and Gladden finished back-to-back at 13.68 meters and 13.61 meters, respectively.
- 4x100 Relay: The Cardinals combo of Hull, Sourbeer, Poynter, and Mitchell finished 10th overall with a time of 43.46.
- 5000 Meters: Samson Selleck finished with a time of 16:16.72.
- Decathlon: Hoffman placed sixth with 5,729 points, 10th most all-time.
- 4x400 Relay: The team of Poynter, Sourbeer, Davis, and Hull finished third at 4:18.39, the fourth best time in program history.

The Cardinals will await selections to the NCAA-II Outodor National Championships which will take place May 22-24 in Pueblo, Colorado.
