LIBERTY, Mo. - The 2025 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Div. II All-Region teams and Regional Players of the Year have been announced in all eight regions. Jordan Phillips has been selected to the All-Midwest Region Fecond Team.
It is the second All-Region First Team that the three-year member of the Cardinals has been named to following the 2025 season after the NCBWA released their First Team list last week. An All-GLVC First Team selection this year, Phillips hit a team high .361, where he was top ten in the GLVC with 66 hits, including being tied for the second most doubles (20). Phillips was tied for the most home runs on the team with eight, while going 18-for-19 in stolen base attempts.
While he primarily played third base and right field for the Cardinals this year the Deer Park, Texas native also made two appearances on the mound, including one start, where he struck-out three batters and had a combined ERA of 4.50
The ABCA All-America team was first recognized in 1949 and now includes nine divisions: NCAA Divisions I, II and III, NAIA, NJCAA Divisions I, II and III, Pacific Association Division, and high school. ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove teams were first recognized in 2007.
