The William Jewell College volleyball team won a 3-2 thriller today in the GLIAC/GLVC Crossover tournament against Lake Erie College.  

The Cardinals won by scores of 25-16, 25-22, 26-28 and 25-23.

Hannah Herdon had 20 kills while Christina Pratt contributed 13.  Cailyn Hayter posted 45 assists and Katie Damgar and Herndon had 16 digs for the Cardinals, who improve to 10-7 overall.

The Cardinals continue play in the GLVC/GLIAC Crossover tournament Saturday, October 15 against Tiffin University in Aurora, Ill.
