The first Jewell men's team in any sport to break into the NCAA Division II National Tournament, the 2015 baseball team, coached by Mike Stockton, went 38-19 overall and 24-12 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference, highest marks of the program'?s NCAA era. The team featured five All-GLVC performers along with two players, Luke Lucchetti and Austin Kretchmar, who combined for four All-Region honors across three organizations, while Stockton was named the NCBWA Midwest Region Coach of the Year.
