Lynsay (Gallagher) Holst is one of the greatest women's basketball players in program history. She spent two seasons with the Cardinals after transferring from Johnson County Community College and was known for her speed on the court, making her a tough matchup for opponents. She was twice named All-HAAC First Team and NAIA Division II All-America Honorable Mention. She graduated as the program leader in single season points (640) and field goals (243). She led the Cardinals to a 44-24 record, including a school record 28 wins as a senior and a trip to the NAIA National Tournament.
