Hall of Fame
A four-year letterwinner, Drew Mathews was the 2006 Heart of America Athletic Conference Player of the Year and a NAIA first team All-American after averaging nearly 19 points and nine rebounds per game. During his career he was also a third team All-American (2005), two-time first team All-HAAC selection, two-time HAAC Scholar Athlete, NAIA Region V Academic All-Region, two-time NAIA Academic All-American, and the recipient of the NAIA Champions of Character Award. He was a member of two conference championship teams and led the Cardinals to four NAIA Division II national tournament appearances.
