William Jewell College Athletics

Janice Bright attended Jewell from 1981-85 and lettered in cross country, basketball, and track.

On the track, she was the Heart of America Conference Champion in the 880 and 3-mile, while also winning the HAAC cross country champion in 1982. Additionally, Bright was an NAIA Honorable Mention All America selection in basketball in 1985 and played on three HAAC Conference Championship teams.
